Connect the gas circuit and water circuit system. Turn on the cutting power supply, adjust the current indicator needle to the required value, and observe whether the unloaded voltage is normal. Connect the network power to the control box. The voltage value of the power supply and the voltage value specified on the nameplate of the cutter shall be consistent with each other. Use the transfer switch on the control box to connect the control circuit to the power supply network.

Open the intake valve and adjust the "small airflow throttle valve" on the control box to make the flow rate of the small airflow in the range of 600~800 liters/hour. Then turn on the electromagnetic air valve to make the large air flow and the small air flow merge into the general air flow at the three-way connector. The total gas flow shall be determined according to the cutting specification. Write down the scale of the knob of "small air flow throttle", and then stop sending out small air flow and large air flow.

Turn on the power supply of the high-frequency oscillator, and then adjust an insulating screw sleeve in the middle of the torch to make the electrode and the nozzle have uniform high-frequency sparks around, and then cut off the power supply of the oscillator. When all cutting preparations are completed, the ignition of the non-transferred arc can be started.

Open the "small airflow throttle valve" to return to the original mark, and then the "small airflow" will be sent out. Turn on the high-frequency oscillator to ionize the electrode and the nozzle to form a spark. At the same time, the non-transferred arc circuit is connected, and a non-transferred arc is generated between the electrode and the nozzle. Due to the effect of small air flow, the non-transferred arc ejects a 15-20mm long arc flame from the nozzle. Adjust the resistance so that the non-transferred arc current is about 20~25 A. At this time, the insulating screw sleeve on the cutting torch is gradually adjusted to make the non-transferred arc flame thin and long. If the other works normally, you can start cutting.

The non-transferred arc flame sprayed from the nozzle is directed to the appropriate part of the cutting metal. When the flame touches the cutting metal (but note that the nozzle cannot touch the cutting genus, and its distance is 7~13mm), the non-transferred arc ignites a strong transferred arc (cutting arc) between the electrode and the cutting metal, and the current immediately increases to 220~350 amperes. The electromagnetic air valve acts to send out a large air flow and a small air flow to form a total air flow to meet the needs of the transferred arc. At this time, it is transferred to the normal cutting process.

If you want to stop cutting or find abnormal, just lift the torch and pull off the arc flame. If you want to continue cutting, as long as the above adjustment process is repeated, a non-transferred arc is generated first, and the flame touches the cutting metal to generate a transferred arc, and you can continue cutting. After the whole cutting process is completed, disconnect the air source, water source and power supply, and disconnect the cutting power supply.
