1. Robot fiber laser cutting machine and welding system

The results of laser welding experiments on a 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel plate show that when the laser output power is 450w, the welding speed is 7 mm/s, and the positive defocusing amount is 2mm, the welding effect zui is good, the front and back of the weld is good, the defects such as porosity, undercut and collapse are few, and the weld forming zui is ideal.

2. 3D laser processing robot cutting machine

 

The cutting system can be used for three-dimensional laser cutting, mainly including fiber laser, fiber light guide system, laser cutting head, fixture, water cooling system and industrial robot system. The fiber laser output laser power can reach 4000w, the robot is six-axis, and the repeated positioning accuracy is high, up to 0.07mm. Using off-line automatic programming, combined with the data model to find out the boundary contour of the three-dimensional workpiece and the normal line on the contour line on the 3D software platform, and then control the robot to do the contour trajectory movement along the normal direction.

The energy distribution of laser processing, laser power, metal liquid-solid state transition, laser cutting head moving speed, auxiliary gas pressure, etc. have a significant impact on cutting quality, through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental combination, to find reasonable process parameters, and stored in the system. The system uses three-dimensional trimming, hole cutting and separation of body-in-white stamping parts, replacing traditional mold processing.
