2. The trolley and workpiece must be placed in a suitable position, connecting the workpiece and the positive pole of the cutting circuit, and the ore dissolving hole shall be set under the cutting working face.

3. The nozzle aperture should be selected according to the material, type and thickness of the workpiece, and the cut-off power, gas flow and electrode shrinkage should be adjusted.

4. The automatic cutting trolley shall be driven as empty and the cutting speed shall be selected.

5. Operators must wear protective masks, welding gloves, caps, filter dust masks and sound-proof earmuffs. People who do not wear protective goggles are strictly prohibited from directly observing the plasma arc, and bare skin is strictly prohibited from approaching the plasma arc.

6. When cutting, the operator must operate against the wind. The air can be released from the lower part of the workbench to reduce the open area of the workbench.

7. When disconnecting, when the no-load voltage is too high, check the electrical grounding, grounding, and torch handle insulation, insulate the workbench from the ground, or install no-load circuit breaker on the electrical control system.

3. To cut off pressurized containers, sealed containers, iron drums, pipelines and workpieces attached with combustible gas and solution, the pressure in the containers and pipelines must be removed first, combustible gas and solution must be removed, and then toxic, harmful and combustible substances must be washed. For containers with residual grease, please rinse with steam and alkaline water, open the lid, make sure the container is clean, and then fill with clean water before cutting off. Welding in the container must take measures to prevent electric shock, poisoning, suffocation. Air holes shall be left in the sealed container, and ventilation equipment shall be provided at the air inlet and exhaust port when necessary; the lighting voltage in the container shall not exceed 12V. The welder must be insulated from the workpiece; special person shall be assigned to monitor the outside of the container. It is strictly forbidden to cut in containers coated with paint and plastic.

4. It is forbidden to cut pressure vessels under pressure, pipelines, live equipment, stressed parts of bearing structure and containers of flammable and explosive materials.

5. Open-air welding is not allowed in rainy days. When working in many wetlands, the operators should stand in the place with insulation and wear insulating shoes.

6. After work, please turn off the power and turn off the air and water sources.
